WebCommunity Service Requirements. Community service is an important part of who we are at Blair. All students in grades 6-10 must complete community service as part of our International Baccalaureate (IB) Middle Years Programme. Requirements for 11th and 12th graders vary according to the different academies' and IB Diploma Program requirements.
