The 351M/400 is a taller version of the 351C, much like the 351W is a taller version of the 289/302. There are other differences as well.

It had 73 stickers on the valve covers, has a 400 crank .010 under, but the block has D7TE A3B. No cracks in the valley area, and is in almost usable shape as-is (unbored).
