I have horrible vivid dreams and feel sleepy all day the next day. I sleep many hours sometimes and I feel like I didn’t sleep at all. I still want to sleep during the day. WebMakes me super super tired. I use it for nights when my thoughts are spiraling and I can’t sleep. It happens a lot and I don’t want to take my kolonopin that often so that is why my dr prescribed it. It makes me feel tired for a whole 24 hours after I take it which sucks.
